Pay Registration Fee
Attendees need to pay registration fee as follows:

Registration fees include the following: access to full conference program, all catering breaks, lunches during April 26-28, and reception dinner on April 26.

Note: Remittance should be received in full amount by the beneficiary (the university). All transaction fees should be borne by sender’s account. Electronic invoice will be issued and delivered to respective e-mail address before April 26, 2025. For those who need an invoice in paper form, it will be offered on site.

Visa Information
Visa requirements are different for different countries. Please check the web site of the Chinese embassy or consulate (http://cs.mfa.gov.cn/wgrlh/lhqz/lhqzjjs/) to find out whether you need to apply for an entry visa. Please also note the following information.
1. For those whose destination is Mainland China
Visitors from countries that have signed mutual visa exemption agreements with the People's Republic of China are not required to obtain visas and can stay for periods varying from 10 days to 30 days (http://cs.mfa.gov.cn/wgrlh/lhqz/lhqzjjs/202412/t20241231_11524381.shtml)
2. For those transiting through Mainland China to a third country (region)
Eligible individuals from 54 countries, including Russia, Brazil, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, can enter China without a visa for transit to a third country (region) from any of the 60 open ports in 24 provinces (regions, municipalities) and stay and engage in activities in the specified area for no more than 240 hours (10 days).

If you need a Letter of Invitation to apply for a visa to attend the conference, please send the following information to aqfc2025@phbs.pku.edu.cn:
· Your name as it appears in your passport
· Your position
· Your affiliation/organization
· Your email address (as used in your conference registration)
· Title of your paper/abstract (optional)
The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format within 7 working days after receiving the request with sufficient information. If the printed copy is required, please specify your address to receive the letter. Please note that Letter of Invitation will only be sent to participants who have registered and paid for the Conference. Should participants withdraw from the conference after the issue of Letter of Invitation, the consulate will be notified of the withdrawal accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received by email to aqfc2025@phbs.pku.edu.cn and the following rates apply:
- On or before April 12, 2025 - 20% cancellation charge
- After April 12, 2025 - 100% cancellation charge
