1. For Domestic Participants:

To book a room with a discount, please contact the hotel manager via WeChat (13670018886) or telephone (0086 13670018886). While there's no cutoff date for the discounted rate, it is highly recommended to make your reservations well in advance due to limited room availability.

2. For Foreign Participants:

For foreign guests who do not use WeChat, please send your hotel booking information to the conference email aqfc2025@phbs.pku.edu.cn, and our conference staff will assist with hotel reservations.
